Available across the United States

SIPJOLT offers nationwide availability across the United States. Installation, servicing arrangements, and launch timing are confirmed for each property.

SIPJOLT is based in Allenhurst, New Jersey. Our nationwide availability is separate from the locations already in operation. The property proposal identifies the installation and operating arrangement for your specific address.

Choose the operating arrangement for your property

Ordering, payment, and drink preparation run at the station without a staffed café counter. Stocking, cleaning, maintenance, and repair responsibilities are agreed for each property. SIPJOLT can handle servicing and restocking, or support a more hands-on property team with apps and guided workflows.

SJ100 station care

A documented process for station care.

SIPJOLT’s servicing guide walks partners and technicians through station checks, cleaning, supply replenishment, a test drink, and visit reporting. The app records checklist responses and required photos, with a route to flag tasks that cannot be completed. Each property’s operating plan sets responsibilities and visit frequency.

  1. Check the station

Begin with the station and surrounding area, checking cleanliness and conditions that need attention.

  2. Clean and replenish

Follow the cleaning checklist and check cups, lids, coffee beans, and drink ingredients for replenishment.

  3. Test and record

Run the final drink test, record checklist responses, and attach the required visit photos.

  4. Flag issues

Record visit notes and flag work that cannot be completed for the operations team to review.

Based on SIPJOLT’s Partner & Technician Guide, September 2026. The guide describes the workflow; the property operating plan sets the assigned team, visit frequency, and any response commitment.

Station-care questions

How does SIPJOLT support cleaning and restocking?

Partners and technicians use a documented, app-guided process for station checks, cleaning, supply replenishment, a test drink, and visit reporting. The property operating plan identifies who performs these tasks and how often.

Does unattended service eliminate routine station care?

Ordering, payment, and drink preparation happen at the station without a staffed café counter. Cleaning, replenishment, and maintenance remain part of the agreed operating plan, supported by SIPJOLT’s guided workflows.

How can a property report a station issue?

Contact support@sipjolt.com with the property name, city, and a description of the station issue. Your property operating plan identifies the team responsible for on-site attendance and any response commitment.

A specialty-drink café, with proprietary recipes

Organic ceremonial-grade matcha, Assam black tea, premium Lavazza espresso, and French cacao form the foundation of SIPJOLT’s proprietary drink recipes. Guests can explore hot and iced drinks, including lavender matcha and specialty milk teas.

The library includes hot and iced options across seven drink families. A proposed menu can be discussed for a resident lobby, office, school staff lounge, campus common area, mall, or other agreed placement.

Installation and launch

The published starting requirements are a proposed location, a standard electrical outlet, a small storage closet, and access to a utility sink. SIPJOLT confirms the station footprint, electrical details, water requirements, clearances, and delivery route during site assessment.

The typical path is about 30 to 60 days from the first conversation to the first cup when the site is awarded and ready. The proposal confirms the site’s launch schedule and any preparation responsibilities.

Start with the people and the property

Share your property name, city and state, intended audience, expected traffic, candidate location, access hours, and preferred level of involvement. Schools and campuses can include dining, facilities, procurement, and payment-system contacts. Malls can include the property and leasing teams.
