DEFINITION
An automated café menu is the set of made-to-order specialty drinks guests can order on a barista station or unattended café without a cashier or barista on shift. Guests pick a drink path, choose milk and sweetness, pay at the station, and receive the beverage prepared to order.
SIPJOLT’s menu is built for commercial buildings and amenity programs. Menu categories include matcha (oat milk standard), Lavazza espresso, Assam tea, milk tea, chai, and cacao. Guests can choose hot or iced, oat or dairy, and five sweetness levels.

MATCHA
Matcha is a first-class path on the SIPJOLT menu. Ceremonial-grade matcha, hot or iced, with oat milk as the standard milk path. Guests can also choose dairy where dairy is offered.
Partners use matcha to answer residents, employees, and visitors who want specialty drinks beyond coffee-only amenities.
ESPRESSO
Espresso and coffee paths use Lavazza espresso prepared to order. Guests order on the station and receive a made-to-order drink, typically under 60 seconds.
This is specialty beverage service for lobbies, commons, and workplace floors. It is not coffee vending. SIPJOLT is an automated café, not a vending product, kiosk, or machine. Those words describe the category many buildings want to replace with an automated café.
TEA
Beyond coffee and matcha, the menu includes Assam tea, milk tea, and chai. These paths matter for multifamily, campus, office, and cultural venues whose guests want tea-forward specialty drinks in the same amenity as espresso.
Hot or iced options apply across tea paths where the menu lists them. See Beverages for the current published drink set.
CACAO
Cacao / hot chocolate is part of the amenity menu. It supports guests who want a non-coffee, non-tea specialty path in the same unattended café.
Broader drink count: 200+ drinks prepared to order. Individual drink prices are shared after Get Started.
