ONBOARDING

Property partner onboarding timeline: about 30 to 60 days to first cup

SIPJOLT typically moves from first conversation to first cup in about 30 to 60 days when the partnership is awarded and the site is ready. That range is typical guidance, not a guaranteed date unless your proposal states one.

This page walks through the phases: Get Started and site assessment, placement and logistics, then delivery, install, and launch. It also covers what can extend a timeline.

THE RANGE

What "30 to 60 days" means

Short answer: about 30 to 60 days from first conversation to first cup is the typical SIPJOLT property-partner timeline when awarded and site-ready.

It is not a guarantee for every building. Sites that lack a standard outlet, storage closet, or utility sink, or that have open access decisions, can take longer.

Proposal response speed is a separate clock. A personalized proposal typically arrives within 24 hours of your inquiry. That is not the same as install duration.

WEEK 1

Phase 1: Get Started, conversation, and site assessment

  1. Submit Get Started with the property type that matches your venue.
  2. A conversation covers goals, foot traffic, and candidate placement.
  3. Site assessment reviews placement and utility requirements (standard outlet, small storage closet, utility sink).

Your form notes can include a target launch month or quarter. That helps planning but is not a guaranteed date.

WEEKS 2 TO 4

Phase 2: Placement analysis and logistics

  • Location analysis for guest-facing fit
  • Logistics planning for delivery and install windows
  • Alignment on commercial terms in your proposal (the exact share percentage is confirmed there)

WEEKS 4 TO 8

Phase 3: Delivery, install, calibration, and launch

  • Shipment and delivery to the approved site
  • Installation and calibration of the automated barista station
  • Launch day: first drinks served and partner analytics begin

No construction is required on the standard partnership install path. Unusual sites are reviewed during assessment before award.

Specific dates for each step are set with you after the site walk and in your proposal.

ROLES

What you provide and what SIPJOLT brings

The property partner typically provides:

  • A candidate location (lobby, amenity space, commons, concourse, or similar)
  • A standard outlet
  • A small storage closet
  • A utility sink
  • Access for assessment, delivery, and install windows

SIPJOLT brings, under the property-partner model:

  • The automated cafĂ© and barista station at $0 upfront, with free install
  • Ingredients and setup
  • Flexible restock: SIPJOLT can handle restocking and maintenance, or partners can be more hands-on with guided workflows
  • A share of cups sold, quarterly deposits, and analytics (exact share percentage in your proposal)

Footprint and utility details for your site are confirmed during site assessment. See the Power, water, and footprint FAQ.

WHAT SLOWS IT DOWN

What can extend a timeline

  • Missing or unclear outlet, closet, or sink access
  • Scheduling conflicts for assessment or install access
  • Open partner decisions on placement or level of ops involvement
  • Unusual site conditions that need review before award

Any permit or approval steps that apply to your venue are identified during the site walk and proposal. If a specific launch window matters, say so in your Get Started notes and the proposal will address what is realistic for your site.
